John came out to fix what at first appeared might be a large leak. He offered suggestions before he visited in case we could take care of it more simply without him. When he did perform the work he was correct, quick. and affordable. He was exactly on-time even though our house is hard to find. He was pleasant to have in our home and even made some appropriate jokes and was kind to our kittens. John will be the first person I call when next we need a plumber.
John is an honest and reliable professional. When I initially called him and explained my plumbing issue, he asked me to send him pictures, which I did. He called me right back and told me exactly what I need to get from **** *****and how to fix it myself, instead of charging me lots of money to fix a simple problem! John went above and beyond in fixing a busted water line to my house. his customer service was superb and his knowledge was invaluable. I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I had a previous good experience with this plumber so I called him yesterday (a Saturday) when my kitchen faucet started leaking all over the place. John the Plumber is great and so is Jason who works for him. John and Jason showed up promptly after my worry of lawn pipe leak. Wanted me to use Leaf Detector first then Jason came back and did a great job with repair. trustworthy
I was replaceing kitchen cabinets and found that when they were originally installed a screw was driven through the copper waterline. I called John explained what was going on he had me send photos and then walked me through fixing the issue myself. Didn't charge me anything and took the time to make sure I could do this work myself. The fix took me 15min and was extremely easy. John's pricing is fair and his experience and passion for his work shows. I recently had him replace the outside hose spigot for my house that was previously leaking. He showed up promptly at the time we had arranged and was finished within an hour, with a minimum number of tools dragged thru the house to get to the piping just inside the interior wall.
