Exceptional Service. I never write reviews, but John the Plumber has earned it. My mom was notified by the water company of high usage and a suspected leak; I discovered the area that seemed to be leaking from the underground water line supplying the house. I can’t say enough about John - he is such a nice man and so helpful!!! If you want good customer service and a kind, knowledgeable and conscientious person to work on your home, then John and his assistant, Amber, are the ones to call and work with! I would not hesitate to recommend him!

I cannot say enough good things about John and his Apprentice Amber! Last evening the entire drain assembly under my Kitchen sink came loose while I was rinsing dishes with the water wide open. All of ithe water was going in and under the cabinet before it started pouring out the front. I had a huge mess with water everywhere! I could not use the water, sink or dishwasher. I was very pleased with the work that John did with a broken drainage pipe that I had. He priced very fair and also found another issue and addressed it. Very respectful and did great work.

John and his assistant, Amber, came out to give me a second opinion on a whole house re-pipe + water heater after I assumed my first estimate from a different company was high. John and Amber came out and looked around with confidence, educating me thoroughly on the process and the issues, and came up with an estimate that seemed more than fair. John has been super helpful giving me tips and recommendations even though I decided to do my own plumbing repair. He referred me to a leak detection company and then when I dug up the leaking underground water pipe and got stuck he gave me advice on what to do. I will definitely not be doing all my own plumbing work and next time I’ve got a job to be done I can’t think of a single reason I’d call anyone else! Helpful, Friendly, clearly cares about people and definitely the person you want to hire.

John plumbed one of our houses, but had to come back four different times because of leaks. He gave me a good bid for the full repipe for the house we owned next door. He gave us a start date of almost a MONTH later. The bid was good so we waited for him. The day he was to start was the beginning of holding us hostage for FOUR months, canceling over the most minor of issues, not allowing us to make corrections. John came out to fix what at first appeared might be a large leak. He offered suggestions before he visited in case we could take care of it more simply without him. When he did perform the work he was correct, quick. and affordable. He was exactly on-time even though our house is hard to find. He was pleasant to have in our home and even made some appropriate jokes and was kind to our kittens. John will be the first person I call when next we need a plumber.
