My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Karich for about 15 years. I was very disappointed about the reviews I saw here. Dr. Karich may not always say a lot but has always been a great dentist. My daughter has had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, Dr. Karich was able to work with her and get her through the appointments. She did that by herself. Apparently this office doesn’t keep digital records of your x-rays, so should you need them sent to another dentist, all you can get is a printed copy that isn’t accurate to read at a different clinic. Office seems old school, but this is just an out of practice technique.
Dr. Karich seemed like a friendly person when I first met him, however, things did change quickly after doors were closed. After being seated and what seemed to be 25 minutes, he came into the room and immediately started looking at my mouth. No warning or nothing! Just started talking about his thoughts on my teeth, honest thoughts as well. They have not been accepting new patients with Medicaid for over 2 years now despite being in-network. I was lucky enough to even have them pickup the phone as the receptionist rarely answers even during their listed open hours. And I understand that Medicaid is a hassle to work with, but it's the only option for some people and no dentists within 50 miles are accepting new patients with Medicaid. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but I feel like people need to know.
