The staff is very friendly the wait time is very quick and they explain everything as they are doing their job
I called before lunch about a sore area in my mouth and made an appointment for the next day. A staff member called about lunch time and asked if could come at 2 pm that same day I really appreciated this. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel like they were glad I had chosen this dental office. This was the first time I had gone there. I just moved to Tupelo a few years back and was very nervous about going to a new dentist office at 45 years old. Made an appointment with Dr. Black and love this location & staff even more than my dentist I had been going to over 15 years. They were very welcoming, and answered every question I had. Best staff ever!
I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, Dr black and all of his staff are awesome.
My family has been patients of Dr. Black’s for years and could not imagine trusting just anyone else with our care. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and professional.
From the moment you walk in the door and the moment you walk out it has been a good experience. Everyone there makes you feel like you are important to them and wants you to have a positive visit. Waiting time is almost nonexistent because they get to you very timely, sometimes before sitting down. I would not hesitate recommending them.
The ladies were all so nice. Made my visit pleasant! I’d recommend to anyone.
Dr. Black & his staff goes above & beyond for his patients. Every visit is always the same from the time I walk through the door & when I leave they are very nice greeting you with a smile makes you feel welcome don’t make you wait a long time and when they take you back the other staff will speak too you with a smile also.
