Tri is an excellent optometrist! I’ve been his client for the last 3 years. With astigmatism and high myopia, it’s challenging to find the right person who understands what my eyes need. I’m also very happy with my Moscot glasses! 🤓
Got my eyes tested by Tri and was given a prescription of +1.75 having been +1 one year prior. Filled the script with lenses bought elsewhere and got headaches and severe eye strain. Got retested elsewhere by another optometrist who gave me a +1.25 script and said I would never have jumped by 0.75 in 1 year. Went back to Tri who refused to accept his assessment could be inaccurate. His refusal to accept that there had been an error has left me $400 out of pocket. I question the veracity of the other reviews.
