I put in a couple requests to get a tour for a house, which went unanswered. I then drove up to the house, called the number in hopes someone could help me get a tour: John Sturges answered “Hello?” I politely asked if he was the agent of the house I was looking at. He said “yeah.” I asked if you could take a tour. His response was: “I’m out of town.” So I asked if I could schedule it. A family member recommended John. What a blessing. As first time homeowners, we were in need of some guidance in the process. John's knowledge and experience proved to be a huge asset. We weren't sure what to expect in a realtor, but we were grateful to find an advocate in John. He worked hard to make sure we found the right home. I would 100% recommend him.

John is a great trustworthy agent who really takes care of his clients. He is super-energetic, and really proactive, fast, and smart in his work. He was the third agent that we started to work with, after being disappointed in the former two agents. I am happy that we ended up with him upon recommendations by a colleague. If I see anyone in search of a good realtor, I'd certainly recommend John Sturges to them.
