I own some multi-unit properties in Baltimore. When I asked Mr. Stockton what he thinks about the selling price, he told me that my buildings are worth less than half of what they were actually worth, and that he knows people that want to buy it ASAP. After some conversation, it became evident that the buyers were affiliated with the Realtor.
