They caused a leak that ended up causing a mold issue. My wall, cabinets, dishwasher and floor had to be torn out and. They completely denied responsibility even though my insurance company and other contractors verified this.
A great business with excellent employees. Very knowledgeable of their craft, very polite, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.
Fabulous company and some of the best employees ever. I had new ac/heat installed and from the beginning with ***** to the install with **** and ******* (*****) I was very very impressed. Thank goodness for people who not only do a top notch job but understand customer service.
My Gardener broke my outdoor spigot and I needed to have it replaced. Skyler did an excellent job! He was on time, very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about other future jobs I will be needing. I chose to get on the $***** per month maintenance plan because it comes with a free drain snake and so many other annual inspections that I usually want anyway and have had to pay for. I think it's well worth ***** per month. Thank you Skylar for excellent service.
Good at hiding costs and charging exorbitant prices for parts they say include burdened rate (at 10X the cost) that take only minutes to install. They will leave you wondering how $85 worth of parts installed in 10 minutes cost you $900. They will take their sweet time getting back to you if you challenge the charges.We had 2 parts replaced in our AC -in 10 minutes at a cost of over $900. Their technicians are worth $1000/hour including travel time. Get a second quote!

This going to be a long review, so get ready.On January 5th I called around looking for a plumber that will work on Saturdays as we were doing a remodel and it was to be completed on Friday afternoon and it could not wait until Monday. Two technicians (one in training) were just here to complete the annual service on my tankless water heater as an appointment reschedule. John Stevenson Plumbing replaced a toilet that was leaking plus 8 emergency shut off valves that they suggested needed replacing. The workers were friendly, and the job was completed within 2 hours. Stevenson Plumbing Invoice for parts and labor (1 1/2 hours) was $3118.17. I requested a breakdown of the costs (parts and labor). Stevenson Plumbing refused to break down the costs. On 1-18-21, I contacted J. Stevenson Plumbing and a supervisor came to provide me with an estimate of installing a new pop-up rod my bathroom sink. I mentioned of possible moving so I wanted to fix a rusty non-functional sink pop-up rod.
