I have been a loyal patron for over 4 years. However, after my experience yesterday I will not ever use your services again. I requested service to replace 2 flappers due to continuous running. The technician determined that the flappers needed to be special ordered. He informed me that since the parts had to be special ordered the price for parts and labor had to be adjusted to $716.00.
