B2B Warehouse, good service... very strange other reviews here. I assume they are randos walking in not realizing this isn't a store they can just come in and shop. That can be embarrassing, but not really a reason to leave a negative. It can just be alarming when random people walk in. Imagine someone coming over randomly to your BBQ (in your backyard) asking about how you cook your steak - that would catch you off guard.
The culture is horrible in this company and the reviews are accurate
I have been doing business off and on with John Snyder Tool for the last ten years, as I have worked at various auto parts stores. I think very highly of them. They have been great about doing warranties. Their inventory is thorough, and on the off chance that something is not in stock, they will happily get it ordered for you.
