Five Stars! John gave us a quote on 11/2/2022 and sent his crew over on 11/21/2022. They finished removing the old roof, started new underlayment and new shingles on the first day, completed 99% on the second day and the bump-out kitchen roof and clean-up by 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. They used a non-bitumen synthetic felt as the most durable of underlayment. It’s anti-fungal, UV- and water-resistant, and supremely lightweight. It rained after Thanksgiving, and all is watertight!
