The experience was ok. Had the car as described. However there were few things that were discussed over the phone regarding free first month and two free services which were not honored when I visited the dealership. After lot of dilly dallying finally painfully because of their mistake they agreed for the two services. No negotiation on the price of the car whatsoever. Also since I wanted to trade in a car more price negotiation was on the trade in than the car I wanted. Overall the experience was ok. The facility was good.... read more

Very low offer on my trade in vehicle. So low I was insulted. I couldn't believe what the salesman offered me. KBB trade in value was around 13,500.00 they offered around 9,500.00. I tried to keep a straight face. I would never go back there in a million years.
I bought my car here after finding it through CarGurus. The dealership was responsive and worked with me to get to a price and payment I wanted.
