This place has no problem scamming and fast talking its customers into extras they dont want or need. We had salesman breathing down our neck saying that if we didnt buy right away there was someone on the phone from Virginia with a cash offer, rushing us. Buy anywhere but here.

Had a check engine light on and they got it in and fixed it
FYI this dealer adds extras to all pre-owned cars. Checked out a used GLS online and price seemed fair. After an hour and a half drive we arrive to find the dealer has added extras on for LoJack, ceramic coating, and interior and exterior protection. Dealer refused to remove the options so we ended up going to a different dealership to purchase our new car.
