Car repair was pretty average but used their courtesy car because I couldn't be without my car for 3 weeks. I got a screw in the tire and they had me buy them a new tire for $300+. Pretty ridiculous. I won't be going back. Should have stuck with Mercedes of Pittsburgh but was told they were nicer and more competent at Mercedes Washington. Must have been a different reality.
