Few things. One, this is far and away the cleanest shop spaces I have ever seen, with a fantastic friendly staff. Two, I was traveling thru the area when my Sprinter had an issue, Jim our Service Advisor not only helped guide us through the needed repairs but also found some recalls my local Mercedes dealer neglected to address and cleared them out resolving some ongoing minor issues. If you need an outstanding service call...go here.
