Report to John Sinclair nissan for preventing disablity people to have a trade in on used vechiles. I really dont care about negative equitity . They refused to let me do business no matter what the deposit is. I am deaf and i feel violated . I need a transporation on what i want , not what THEY WANT. Get a life. Discrimmation , teasing , play in the job . I cant even get a car for trade in with deposit money . This is immature. We explained to ****** that the pre owned vehicle she was trying to purchase would not work because the negative equity or she would need a down payment. Bought a new car had a good salesman. But had an oil change and service **** broke my windshield and took a couple month to replace it from a third party . They installed it wrong and broke the now the windshield fluid sprayer does not work And a noise in the roof around the sunroof. They will lie to you about getting it fixed that week and never call been by office a couple time and empty promises

We talked to ****** on the phone. His 2021 Nissan Rogue was repaired at a local glass shop. While repairing, a few parts were broken while taking the windshield out. Parts have been ordered per the glass shop. We will switch vehicle with ******. We did not know about a noise coming from the sunroof. Service advisor said ******** wife picked the Rogue up, no other issues were brought up. Sunroof will be looked at when vehicle is here. Every manufacturer is dealing with part shortages. They sold my grandson a used vehicle, without notifying him of a known problem. Got less than 9000 and now it needs a new engine.
