The food is out of this world with perfect seasoning blends. If you haven’t tried Shirley’s swamp salsa you haven’t tried the best salsa in the world which compliments anything from chips, omelette to homemade chili! In addition, to the friendliness of the catering crew & owners that are extraordinary. We are in love with the Swamp Salsa! Had a party yesterday and everyone loved it and asked where it came from within minutes of the party starting!! Yum! Yum! Yum!!!
