New in town. Someone said try John Samuels for cut and style. So I did. Won’t go again. Not interested in hearing him talk politics and complaining And name calling about people who don’t agree with his politics.
Cost-above average. Service-poor. Professionalism-low. Skills-not current. Facility-unkempt/unclean/towels are dirty/smelly. Time in chair-2 hours for standard trim and root color touch up on short hair. Husband’s usual trim/short cut-1 hour. Nothing would take so long if stylist would would stop texting and perusing social media on his phone.
