It took 3 hours from the time of arrival 7:50am, to the time we left and they said Friday's were the least busy day of the week. The receptionist said that some patients had waited as long as 6 hours for their visits there on busy days. This is unacceptable. If this is routine, then you should be told upon making your appointment so that you can be prepared or find another facility.
I was in for regular exams and was in and out of testing for approximately 1.5 hours which is normal. I was put in the summary/exam room to recap my results as usual. I waited for over 50 minutes for Dr Cohen to come in. When he did come in and I voiced my concerns about waiting for almost an hour he promptly invited me to find another doctor. Dr. Cohen was wonderful. He was calm and friendly. He explained things well and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him
Disappointing that CEI requires payment in advance of a procedure then holds my refund more than a month after insurance pays. $542. Also, nobody answers the phone at CEI - does not matter which number dept you choose. No answer, no voicemail. Ridiculous.
