Disappointing that CEI requires payment in advance of a procedure then holds my refund more than a month after insurance pays. $542. Also, nobody answers the phone at CEI - does not matter which number dept you choose. No answer, no voicemail. Ridiculous.
Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. It is a well run organization with a focus on client care.
Dr. Cohen is knowledgeable, personable and treated me with respect. His staff couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient.
I had glaucoma eye exam/photos/pressure check. I was very satified with my visit with Dr. Cohen and even happier with my results. It was a very good appointment. Thank you Dr. Cohen.. I was in & out within 1 hour 15 minutes.
