Sometimes there is a wait, but every patient is examined, diagnosed and then there is a treatment plan. Dr Cohen always takes time to answer questions and explain. I would say this is well worth the wait! Thank you Dr Cohen for all you do.
It took 3 hours from the time of arrival 7:50am, to the time we left and they said Friday's were the least busy day of the week. The receptionist said that some patients had waited as long as 6 hours for their visits there on busy days. This is unacceptable. If this is routine, then you should be told upon making your appointment so that you can be prepared or find another facility.
