My experience at CEI was disappointing. Both my primary physician and optometrist referred me here specifically because of recent concerns related to how GLP-1 medications may be affecting my eyes. I expected expertise, curiosity, and at minimum a willingness to engage in the conversation. Instead, the appointment felt dismissive (and only focused on concerns about glaucoma, which was not my core issue). Our experience over years and up to the present has been to be entirely satisfied. The staff at every level, from front door registration to delicate and demanding procedures, has been excellent and caring.
