Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
