Ok place to work out. Front desk staff is nice, but they are practically the only staff. I have never seen a Member Advisor or General Manager, I don’t believe, which helps lower overhead, but it is definitely lacking professional structure. Having spent several years at different Equinox locations, as a member and Employee, I appreciate John Reed, but I know they could do a lot better. I’ve been a loyal John Reed member since they first opened in 2021, and I truly love this gym! Not only is the ambiance amazing, but the equipment is always clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the manager, Daria, was especially helpful when I needed some guidance with a question I had about my membership. Not sure what's worse, having the smell of a busted sewage pipe greet me, or the receptionist coldly ignoring me as i walk through the door and over to scan my phone, grab a towel, and walk downstairs. What am I paying $150 for again?

Focus on cleaning your locker room and sauna that is never functional while cleaning it of unwanted advances instead of annoying paying members to remove their shoes in the sauna with 8 minutes until closure the Sunday evening during a holiday weekend. “Wet paint” cones blocking the parking garage at 5 AM on a Sunday???
