Extremely Rude and Unprofessional doctor.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience in the emergency room with Dr. Rashkis. Instead of showing care or professionalism, the doctor was extremely rude, dismissive, and aggressive in their manner of speaking. At a time when I was already vulnerable and in need of help, their attitude only made the situation worse. He did not listen carefully to my concerns, spoke to me in a condescending way, and made me feel like a burden rather than a patient deserving of care. Our experience with Dr Rashkis was the absolute worst! I myself am a medical professional, when he was asking about medical history for my mom, she looked to me to explain about her meds, when I began, he was extremely dismissive and at one point told me “you need to shut your mouth” with a smug smile on his face and proceeded speaking to my mom. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I found Dr. Rashkis to be extremely rude and dismissive during my visit. Instead of listening to my concerns, he interrupted me multiple times, made me feel rushed, and spoke in a condescending tone. I left the appointment feeling unheard and disrespected.
