Dr Phillips called me personally regarding my son while I was sitting in the ER with him. He knew I was extremely upset as my son has cerebral palsy. He reassured me all was ok. I'm very thankful for him to take time to calm a emotionally over protective momma down. He's on my list of new Doctors for my son. VERY CARING
