Ask for my copay since Dr. Luckasen came in and immediately said nothing was wrong. He did not look at my ailment. Wanted to refer to ortho. It was the worst experience every. I will make sure to report these experience on social media and to my insurance company. Have to say the office staff was great but Dr L. was awful.

Sorry to hear that we could not help. Some problems that appear to be dermatology related are best treated by another specialty. Dr. Luckasen likes to get patients to the physician that can offer the best outcome. Our staff does routinely collect co-pays as required by your carrier during the check in process. Your insurance company can confirm that for you. It is our policy to return them if the visit results in a NO CHARGE. Thank you for your remarks about the kindness of our staff.
He removed two skin cancers on our first visit, not making us worry about it until a follow up visit. Very reassuring and knows what he is looking at.
