Minor complaint. I had cryo done and I don't feel like I was given an adequate explanation of what to expect. When I had my initial surgery I was given an excellent document that explained what to expect, how to handle the wounds, etc. I wasn't given anything like this after my cryo treatment and was a little alarmed at the blistering, etc. I did some follow up research and found out this is normal for this procedure.

I have been to quite a few dermatologists over the years and Dr. Darling is the best. She is smart, friendly and always takes my concerns seriously. The office is well run (no excessive wait times) with great nursing staff.

Appears very confident and knowledgeable. He made his diagnosis and completed the treatment quickly and without chitchat. I like his manner and would recommend him to those that appreciate being treated without much forced conversation.

I have been going to Dr. Luckasen for quite some time now and have referred many people to him. I have complete and total trust in his expertise, skills and professionalism. He has one of the best 'bed-side manners' that puts me at ease, comfortable and confident that we can handle whatever we need to deal with. I just really really respect and like this man.
