It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was ecstatic after my appointment! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. John R. Daoust, DC was easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I wasn't worried about John R. Daoust, DC's equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I've never experienced any numbness! I always feel so much better after my appointments!
