The staff has no business working in the medical field. They are disrespectful of patients. The staff is not qualified to discuss insurance or submit it properly leading to problems. However, they expect/collect payment upfront and in full before insurance weights in. They do not return phone messages and often don’t answer the phone. Dr. Cintron should not be allowed to practice medicine on an animal much less the most vulnerable of patients, handicapped and neurologically challenged patients. This creature was not just unprofessional at two out of three of my visits with him, he was belligerent and at one point almost physically attacked me to the point his nurse had to get in the way and push him out. I am reporting him to the FL Medical Board. Save yourself the horror and find another neurologist.

Well I have never seen Dr. Cintron I had an appointment today they call me yesterday to confirm my appointment I get there today and they told me no I don’t have an appointment the worst service ever the front service lady is terrible super bad attitude what a bad assistance And now by reading all the reviews they have the same complain I don’t understand how the management off Dr. Cintron doesn’t do anything about it what a disappointment .

For the 3 minutes that he spends with me, he was polite. he seems to always be in a hurry. However, his staff is really bad. Everyone in there don't appreciate patients. The staff is so rude, in person or in the phone.

Office staff is the worst I've ever seen in my life time. Unable to obtain my own medical records. They are very lazy!!!!unacceptable

I would see Dr. Cintron every 3 months for a nervous tick in my left eye, at the time of the appointment I would automatically schedule the next appointment. The office had to obtain the medication that would get injected around the eye area to kill the nerve and the appointment day would come and go and they would not get the authorization; also, I have called several times, sent 2 faxes to speak to Dr. Cintron over a month ago and I am still waiting for his call!
