How sad to wait and wait and wait to see the doctor, only to have him treat your concerns with great impatience and then almost physically drag you out of his office. This is medical profiteering, not compassionate care.
I have been seeing Dr. Cintron for less than a year. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He’s very professional, courteous and patient with me by answering all my questions and helping me understand my issues. I'm in the Healthcare field and I Personally recommend him 100 Thank you DR. Long wait time, over crowded, especially during COVID-19
I have been seeing Dr. Cintron for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He’s very courteous and patient with me in answering all my questions and helping me understand. Staff is very nice and helpful I highly recommend
En esta oficina atiendo a mis padres con el Dr Cintron, muy amable, su trato cordial y respetuoso hace que me sienta segura con dicha atencion, mis padres tiene 91 y 89 anos y se compenetran muy bien con el Dr, nos explica todo con paciencia y profesionalismo. Su personal de oficina muy amable , Definitivamente recomendaria al Dr Cintron , es muy paciente,comprensivo y amable.
I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes still wasnt seen so I rescheduled for the following week at 2:15, I arrived at 2:10 and there was 7 people waiting to see him, so how can my appointment be at 2:15. Our time is valuable, If he cant handle the load he should have an assistant or tell the office staff to tell patients about the waiting time before they schedule an appointment, or just have a walk in basis first come first serve.
I see that I am not the only patient to be treated very poorly by office staff, or have just a few hurried minutes with Dr. Cintron. I was appalled by how many patients were squeezed into his waiting room, even during a deadly pandemic. What a shame. This is a far cry from compassionate healthcare. It appears to be more of a money-making racket.
