Awful experience with the staff always giving you the run around. I attempted to schedule an appointment with an open order and thet gave me a difficult time giving me the run around as always, it's why I went to El Paso, I wouldn't try to use this office ever again. Good Dr perhaps but the office staff is totally ridiculous and incapable of providing the level of service that many patients need. Dr. Simmons is down-to-earth but also a wealth of helpful knowledge. I felt so comfortable with him and at his practice with his team. It's a relief to have a doctor that actually cares and recommends medications, dosages, and procedures that are the best for your particular situation. They have 1000s of patients, so it may take awhile to get in but I believe it's worth the wait.

Dr. Simmons was very personable. He listened and gave great feedback on my condition. He is very thorough. Office staff were very pleasant and inviting. Would recommend 100%.
