John did a great job with helping us buy our home! We were able to get under contract on the first home we offered on when there were 8 other offers, and ours wasn't even the highest! Sounds like they were happy that John was the most responsive to the seller's calls (which is what the sellers needed), and it all worked out great from there. Above and Beyond! John was really the full package as a realtor! I had read several of his Q&As online beforehand and was very impressed with his knowledge of the market. I had a very short time window to look at homes and John made every accommodation for me. After the first day John was able to tailor the recommendations to my preferences and I ended up having a lot of good options to choose from.
