Great help! I've gotten quite a few speeding tickets and this time I really needed a lawyer to help me with my case. John Paragano was a great help and I don't think I would have been able to have the outcome I did without him. He was a great advocate for me and I would recommend him to anyone else who needs a lawyer for traffic court.
STAY AWAY...save your money Doesnt even get one star. Being a former municipal court judge figured he would help with motor vehicle tickets. Wrong. He just takes your money. Didnt have n e clue or arguments at hearing. Just looked pretty, was polite and begged for mercy. Stay away!
Scam I got a summons to appear in court after a simple traffic accident and hired John Paragano to represent me. He charged me $450 and didn't do anything that I couldn't do myself. Be warned if anyone get's a letter from a crooked lawyer after a simple traffic accident don't let them scam you. You're better off representing yourself.
One of the good guys! I had to fight a traffic summons in court one day and that is how I found John Paragano, while he was representing somebody else, I noticed how he stood out from the rest of the attorneys by his ability in the court room. I have used him twice and both times decisions came out in my favor. John is a great lawyer and a better person, John Paragano has gone well above and beyond his call of duty, he is always putting the best interests of his clients before his own. I'm speechless Let's see I hired this attorney which cost me $450. I told him that the police report was all wrong but he must have had a deaf ear because in trial he told the judge what the police report said. So he saved me a $100 fine that went down to $50 plus court cost. I would have had a better chance representing myself.
