Dr. Sullivan is both knowledgeable and professional but scheduling is very poor and not very accommodating. 2-3 hour wait times are the norm, not the exception. When trying to get an earlier time on same day due to having eyes dilated from an appointment with another eye doctor on same day, the office staff would not even consider and could not even guarantee I would see dr within 2 hour window of my original time. Very disappointing.
Dr Sullivan is absolutely the most caring eye surgeon you will ever find! Not to mention he is a highly recognized by his peers in his field. The wait may be long, but he takes as much time as needed with each and every patient.
Had a great experience and will always refer family and friends here! Absolutely wonderful doctor and great bedside manner! Had surgery to repair my retina and everything went extremely well thanks to Dr. Sullivan!
I have been sitting in the waiting room for nearly three hours and still no end in sight. The staff is rude. I can't comment on the doctor since I've yet to see him, yet to say he has no regard or respect for his patients' time. I will say and do whatever it takes to never come back to this office.
Dr Sullivan is very nice, caring, knowledgeable, and is up to date on the latest eye info, procedures & specializes in the Retina. He formerly worked at Mayo Clinic. His staff is great also, helpful and courteous. I have every confidence in him. He gets 5 stars *****
