My mom has been going to Dr Sullivan for around 2+ years now, Wet Macular in the right, and then the left. Shes had surgery with him to remove scar tissue. He saved her vision, saw her the first day she thought there was a seriously problem. He got her in, he takes care of people. There’s gonna be posts that talk about the wait. So what. Nice dr and apparently good at what he does but Horrible wait times! Waited 3hrs with my mother just to be seen for like just 5 mins. He needs to do better

Here's the truth. My appt was for 5:45 pm. Its now 8:45 pm and I'm still in the waiting room. If you make an appt here, you **will** have to wait a minimum of 2 to 3 hours or more to see an actual doctor. Front office tells you that they expect you to be here when they call your name else you won't be seen - theyll skip right over you. They do NOT want you to leave. So get there on time, then tell them you have to clock in and will do so from the car, then go to IKEA or Culvers and come back. Trust me. You have time. When th... read more
