Dr. John is amazing! I had a treatment plan from another dentist, and saw Dr. John as a second opinion, and boy was I glad I did! He was so honest and told me I didn’t need half of what was “recommended”. His chair side manner is warm friendly and professional and he is so gentle. I have dental anxiety in the past, but not any longer! He offers music and various relaxation techniques. I have referred friends and family to him and everyone is so glad I did. Thank you Dr. John!
Very painful anesthesia administration .No bedside manner for explaining anything can leave patient uncomfortable.
Dr. Laftsidis saw me as an emergency patient (in his office with no help on the weekend) for a bad tooth .This was shortly after the COVID pandemic got started in early 2020, and fear of the unknown was high. Not only was this an outstanding professional act, but he was kind and courteous as well. I will not forget this!
I've been wanting to write this man a review since he helped me during an emergency bike accident on a Sunday in 2019. My front tooth was partially knocked out. The ED doctor called him and he came in on his off day to take care of me. He probably saved my tooth which I still have thanks to him. He helped me even thought I didn't have the approved insurance and he followed up with me to take out the wire several weeks later. Sweet, kind, gentle, humble man. Highly recommend.
