My wife just had oral surgery done today and is in extreme pain right now because the "doctor" didn't numb her sufficiently for her procedure. We expected her to be in some pain, but not to the point of tears and shaking from the shock. He called her a baby and told her not to scream, because it may scare his other patients. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
