This company is completely useless, Jay (the president) is a lier, and very sleazy person. Anything that has to be fixed in the sub the management company never inspects nor is attending to any work to make sure things are done correctly. Jay, behaves inappropriately and threatens co owners personally that he will never do anything for them (if he does not agree with someone) and this is a fact since I was a board member and know it. I have been trying to figure out how much should I pay for HOA for... 3 month!!! I have been trying to email and call Chelsea, and have not had any replays. Is there anybody there?
I think Nick is fantastic at getting workers out. He is always a polite gentleman. I also have never had issues with Kim K. She goes out of her way ! Quite honestly not one of you are stating a specific problem. Do you think they all do the same job? What are the issues? I totally recommend this Company. I have to laugh at useless. I am very pleased.
