JPCarroll has the audacity not to adhere to the bylaws of the Shiawassee condo’s. They do minimal work and never respond to the co owners questions even if they follow their protocol. In “2023” that is True ARROGANCE!!

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I have left numerus Maintenace request online and left several voicemails with Felicia over the last 3 WEEKS with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. The receptionist says that Felicia is the Maintenace manager, and she is THE ONLY person you can talk to. I asked for a manager, and she stated, "there is NO ONE she can transfer me to even if she wanted too". I expressed that the property is actively flooding, and the tenant had to leave, she says, "sorry she is busy you will have to leave her another mess... read more

Not even one star is warranted --they are taking our monthly fees and perform the minimum. We had a leak and is THEIR responsibility but it's still not fixed after almost two months. They do not return calls, emails - basically NO communication.
This company has no professional skills when handling phone messages or emails. The companies they hire are "cheap" and their work is very shoddy! Would never recommend them to any association.
Very disappointed in their condo association management. Repairs are left for years until further damage is committed and owners are told "that is your responsibility". The attempt, at a meeting, to see if financially they were paying for years, the cost of the repairs that were never done, is shut down as "not your business". The distribution of funds, my funds, IS my business. The lack of follow through by the JPC associate representative is non-existent.
This company manages Echo Valley Condo Association. According to the agreement it's their responsibility to maintain furnaces. They fail in the middle of the winter address a request to repair furnace from Monday to Thursday. People were freezing until we contacted repairman directly. Their only job was to call him and inform about problem stated in the work order. They completely ignored health problems arising from living in cold apartment for 3 days.
