I was charged $300 and was told by the receptionist that whatever additional charges for completing the needed medical procedure would be paid when I walked out… I asked repeatedly if the procedure would be done today since it needs to be to avoid scarring and I was told the affirmative. They are out of my insurance coverage plan but were the only ones who could fit me in today… no procedure was provided and I’m out $300. I asked for a refund and was told that the doctor had seen me. The healing process was so quick I was amazed, minimum bleeding no bruising I was very happy with the surgery Dr. Neiner is a fantastic surgeon and doctor I recommend him to everybody.
Everyone from the front desk to Dr Neiner was so nice and efficient. I got wonderful personalized assistant from Kelly who scheduled my procedure, Susan and the rest of the team at the surgical center and Dr Neiner is kind, patient and an excellent doctor. I was truly impressed and would recommend them very highly Mary Pat Thurston
I am very surprised by all the negative comments. I have only been 2 times to see the doctor & I found him very pleasant & he explained in layman terms of the surgery I need to have. I left feeling very confident that I am in good hands.
