My experience with John was not a good one. It started off very well with the process being simple to get pre approved for a home he was attentive and helpful through out that process. Me and my wife were wanting to put an offer in on a house for lower than what the asking price was to negotiate like any person would do. John did great as my lender. Was readily available for whenever I had questions and was consistently sending me updates about my loan process. Would happily work with him again.
John was great with communication and quick to follow-up on any of my questions. Made the purchase of my home super smooth.
