Had two implant fixtures done and after about two weeks one fell out. I called the office and said I need to come in because I lost one implant fixture . The office staff member said to send a picture of the piece I lost. I sent her a picture and she called me back and said that I only lost a healing cap and there was no need to come in because the dentist will expose the fixture during your final visit.
