The line was long which you think it may be a good place to eat, once get in there the place is small, the workers are rude and slow, that's why the line is long. The food we had: brisket and hot links were ok, the sauce is the best thing, chili bean were oily. The place needs to work on the location.
I've grew-up down the street from this place before the Road Kill Grill was opened when it was just John Mull's meats. This guy has THE BEST longhorn cheese you'll find anywhere! Love this place!

Chuck and the staff are exceptional. If you're a hunter dropping off for processing, or just looking to buy some quality cuts for the grill, they will take great care of you. Best butcher shop in Vegas !!
