Great brisket and lots of it in the dinner. Good coleslaw and potato salad also and a sweet moist cornbread. Definitely worth the wait.

They have a dine in Restaurant plus a butcher shop. You choose the meat and cut you want and they do it right in front of the customer. Plus the taste is amazing always fresh and they never disappoint
By far the best BBQ around. Great, friendly employees. Even when their lines are around the building the food quality and service are consistently amazing.
I've lived in Vegas off and on for almost 20yrs. I've heard about this place but never went until today. The service is excellent, food is outstanding and the atmosphere is very unique. I had no idea. i will be a repeat customer.
I appreciated that the brisket I ordered wasn't smothered in some tasteless bbq sauce and the green beans were amazingly tasty too. All this was topped off with busy friendly staff.
Brisket I had was machine sliced with the grain, making it stringy and tough and chewy.
