My three year old son had to have hernia surgery on October 21, 2016 at your hospital. We couldn't of asked for a better experience. I was extremely nervous and every single person we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. From checking in at security, to the check in downstairs. I of course remember no ones name. But the woman at the surgery registration was so sweet and even gave our son a stuffed animal, which he loved of course! And all the nurses, I can't say enough about the nurses. Love this hospital not only did I delivered here but there service is the best.
Big shout out to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek doctors and nurses! They took such great care of my mom who got there with a stroke! Mario, Victor, Judie, and Nathalie on the 5th Floor are ones of many whose names I remembered! But everyone was super nice, kind, and caring! Thank you very much!
I have been disabled for 19 years living in a few different states and cities. By far, this was the best emergency room I have been in! Wonderful staff, kind , friendly, patient and understanding.
