I don’t know how anyone can get their bill paid when you have to wait over 2 hours plus if you have a billing error. That should never be happening.
I was on hold for 60 minutes and nobody answered the phone. This has happened several times. The bill I could pull from MyChart has too many details about my health information and I wanted a streamlined bill. How can a Company function like this. Aside from billing the hospital is also going down. John Muir is totally trash now.
I called billing in the AM reagrding a bill (obviously) and was on hold for 25 mins. Hung up thinking they were busy in the AM. Called back at approx 2:30 and was on hold for 55 mins. Not an exaggeration! I timed it on my cell phone. Finally, because it was Friday, I decided no one was working!! If that's the case, there should have been a recording advising of same. Otherwise, this is the worst billing department I have ever dealt with!
Had a major billing issue caused by my HSA bank. Maria went above and beyond to help resolve this issue. Thanks so much for the help.
