Absolutely the worst customer service ever I have reached Sharon on numerous occasions and she is very unprofessional I have asked for a supervisor six times in one month and never receive a call from a supervisor they don't work in the office they work from home and they have never returned my call. I would give negative stars if that were possible. Like many others here, I had the same experience—rude doctors, system glitches, billing errors, and no accountability. I’ve been trying to resolve an incorrect bill for months with no success, and there is no clear way to escalate the issue. The customer experience has been absolutely terrible. I would give the billing department a zero if allowed. My insurance paid my husband’s bills but John Muir provided the insurance company with an old address. So 18 months of phone calls from me and my insurance company John Muir cannot be bothered to correct the address to send the $$. Instead it’s easier to send us past due notices.
