I had a great experience recently. They saw me on time as scheduled. Someone else had shown up really late for her appointment but they didn't let her disrupt everyone else who was on time and still made an effort to get her needs taken care of. I was visiting for a sore throat but also asked if she could look at my injured ankle. She prescribed an x-ray and it was overall a convenient and useful visit.
