tell me why i went to john muir once with my back pains and the doctor who was rude af told me its because i dont sleep enough ..... she needs to go back to school. needless to say she didnt help me and knowingly prescribed me muscle relaxer eventhough im breastfeeding and it could have caused serious damage to my baby if i didnt know better .
Terrible follow up with the Doctor! Left several messages for the Doctor and she never bothered to get back to me even though I needed Medicine for a condition. Will never return to this Urgent Care Again!
I was given the wrong meds,I had an eye infection they gave me ear infection meds put it in my eyes OUCH did not get a call back until the next day . Check your script before you leave . And I had to pay twice for medication . They didn't even offer to pay for the inconvenience
