I went in for a routine colonoscopy checkup as suggested by my primary doctor since I'm getting older. The intake was nice and everyone was very friendly. My main issue is all about the post procedure. After waking up from it, vomiting brown liquid, having a lot of abdominal pain, and a very painful throat I was rushed out like a slab of beef with another vomit bag in hand just in case I keep vomiting. i had hiatal hernia repair january 2024 it did not go well i was not able to eat after procedure had a stricture when through a year of dialations now I once again have hiatal hernia from all the dialations and the GI doctor Dr Drew Schembre is not responding to any of my messages on what to do next. Surgeon that did initial surgery Dr Wilson Tsai no bedside manners made me cry a few times post surgery. very rude. John Muir took report after he apologized they considered case closed. Hope you like the first doc you see because guys luck changing! I have terminal liver disease and Dr. Gill was of no assistance.in answering my questions or coming up with real plan of action and I never wanted to see the guy! From leaving the hospital the plan was for me to follow up with Dr. Ghorbani but they made me see him. Terrible experience. Now I just won't be treated for it I guess. Feels like Kaiser! 🙄
