Horrible service. car had been in the shop over 3 months with no real updates or call back. I would never recommend this place to nobody for car service!!!!
I’ve always loved John Miles Chevrolet for the customer service and the work dine in my vehicles. However, I was greatly disturbed that not one worker was wearing a mask or face shield as they walked around the building. I kind of felt like that was very disrespectful to the hundreds of thousands of people that have lost their lives to the pandemic. I will rethink taking my business back here.
We bought a new Traverse from John Miles Chevy, and we love it! Jamal was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and everyone else was extremely helpful, too!
Very disappointed that courtesy driver refuses to wear a mask even when asked to do so by paying customers. Take your business somewhere that takes the health of their customers into consideration.

So I’m a long time client of John Miles Chevrolet and I’m usually pleased with the service offered. However, today gave me a new perspective on how they do business. I came in to get four new tires on my SUV and I noticed that only one service advisor had on a mask. The other workers were transporting client’s vehicles without masks on and the other service advisors were just helping clients with no masks as well. I've been going to this dealership for 3 years....I will never go back. It should NEVER take 6,yes SIX Hours to do a oil change and detail job. And the lady who helped me,no help at all! In fact she not only hung up on me,but put me on hold and just never came back to the phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It sucks the sales department is SO wonderful...I was going to trade in my car. Not any more! I will never go back here.
