Both Lily and Dr. Middleton have many patients yet they are attentive and don’t view you as another patient or body. They ensure you get bloodwork done every year and you cannot get out of it. They won’t just prescribed you any medication or any dosage. Very by the book yet empathetic. Also, Peter (assistant/secretary) is amazing and has great communication skills.
Worst practice in the city. All they want is your office co-pay and to push pills. Avoid Lilly Pimphan, NP at all costs. Also the office is extremely small and uncomfortable. Peter at the front desk is great everyone else is terrible.
I was a patient of here for about a year. Now I need records sent over for my insurance. The office has been contacted in more than 10 occasions with zero reply back. Very unprofessional!
This doctors office doesn't answer their phone. Had to get a refill on a prescription and now having to go see my family physician because Middleton's office doesn't call back or fill it up. Horrible service and doesn't ever seem to get better.
He was a great psychiatrist. Hardly ever any waiting time, always friendly, and good care. I would highly recommend this office for anybody in need of good quality psychiatric treatment. They were great to me for about four years and I would still be a patient if they had not discontinued accepting medi-cal a couple years or more back. If I had the money, this office would be where I would return to.
