Rang a bloke called Gary. He texted me back saying he's phone was playing up. He asked me what my problem was, I sent him a picture of the problem. One hour later I texted him back asking him if he can fix it & haven't heard back from him one day later. Would have been polite to reply back.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
