I just purchased a 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS at power Chevrolet Ny salesman Pete was outstanding he answered all my concerns and followed up with detailed pictures of everything I asked for. This was the first time I have ever bought a car on line. He did an outstanding job here and was very though. WE PURASED OUR 2021 BUICK ENCLAVE FROM TERRY DAVIS. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE WALKED US THROUGH ALL OF THE CONTROLS AND FEATURES OFOUR NEW TO US VEHICLE. STEVE GREEN THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND FRINDLY. JAMES AND JONEL PRESLEY HENDERSON ARKANSAS

I Purchased a VEHICAL in 2023 and was told by Nick Stachewicz this vehicle sticker price was 17,000 at the time of purchased. I signed paperwork, which was provided by the office manager, and was told the vehicle I had purchased was 27,000 minus my deposit. I truly believed the Car sticker prices were switched after I test derived two separate vehicles. MEANING THEY SOLD ME THE MOST EXPENSIVE BECAUSE I DELIVERED A DEPOSIT. CRAPY service by Judd pots supervisor of service department, chuck walker general manager over Marion motors, Mercedes Benz, Absher-Arnold, pappies outdoor, owner David Arnold. Have many recordings of vehicle shutting down, and of Judd confirming many problems within Marion motors service department. Now they are refusing to work on my vehicle, giving no loaner vehicle and so much more. I just called to talk to Rush Chevrolet to see if they want to redeem themselves and spoke with Mario and started explaining the issues of the nightmare, they sold me and the first problem I mentioned, this guy Mario started yelling at me and called me an adolescent adult. Wow I was calling to see if they wanted to redeem themselves, but he just started yelling at me as what they did wrong was my fault Wow just wow, so STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs this is the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with.... read more

Purchased certified used car 2015 Captiva, It has been in the shop for repairs half the time I have owned the car, two monthsThey covered the repairs under warranty, but now the abs light is on on the dashboard and they want 660$ to fix it this is rediculous, do not go too this dealership.

I have been taking my car for service at Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn for 8 years and until recently found the service good but now racked up three incidents of damage and or not completing the ordered service on the car. I will explain but do not bring your car for service here and from the service manager (Sean Drane) don’t even buy a chevy since even a new chevy can burn oil and they can start burning oil anytime even after just 58K miles as in my case.
