This was the third new vehicle I have purchase from Eagle over the years. Doug has always helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. This time Jordan helped me with the new features on the vehicle. i purchased a vehicle. My salesman was ok. Frankly they see a woman alone and they play games like they are doing you a favor. I had one question on my bill of sale I emailed, called the financial manager Josh Rodgers several times. No response. All I wanted was an explanation of computations on the receipt. Common courtesy would have been to at least return my email. We purchased a 2025 Chevy Blazer yesterday from Burkins Chevy. This dealership is definitely a hidden gem. Dale was beyond what we expected. Literally the worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life. I went in to get my turbo charger fixed. It took them four days to fix. The next day I was on the highway and the check engine light went on again. I brought it back and they fixed what they thought was wrong. It wasn’t the problem and found something else wrong. Took them three days to get the part to fix. Meanwhile no offer of a loaner until my car was fixed. I finally got a loaner once I threatened to go down there. Had an appointment for 8:30 for a battery problem. Waited in the waiting room until 2:00 and the truck still hadn't been looked at. Retrieved my keys and left.
