Would have been 5 stars, but they ruined it by 2 things they failed me on. 1. I brought up a noise coming from the tires on the test drive. They gave me an We owe you that they would fix the issue. They took the cheapest path by rotating the tires and telling me it was tire cupping and it would resolve itself eventually. The basically moved the noise to the back so its not as loud but still pretty loud. Brought it up to the sales manager who had the audacity to to tell me that he would split the cost of the rear tires so we... read more

I bought and have my 2022 Chevy Colorado serviced a Mark Wahlberg Chev. I give the service dept. a 5+. The service advisors Anna Peters and Matthew Kordeleski are great to deal with. Always friendly and keep you informed. Keep up the great job.

Scam, fraud, deception, bait-and-switch; all words that describe my experience at Caldwell Country Chevrolet. Hope yours is better, which I’m sure it will be. I had my vehicle towed to Young Chev. in Layton I received a text from the mechanic telling me the oil lines installed were the wrong ones. So, I went to the shop the next morning and spoke with the mechanic and I told him the oil lines are the correct ones. I purchased them at NAPA and they measured them precisely off the original oil lines that came off my Suburban. I purchased a 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Bob Cortez the (Internet Sales Agent) at Linder Chevrolet Inc, (VIN #1GYS4JKJ2LR264789) around July 1st for $47,500. I was told the car was in great shape with the exception of the normal scratches and dings a five year old vehicle would have. Their internet pictures made the car look like new. 2 wks ago the staff at Van CHEVY assaulted me in the finance office while 5 other men who stood around and did nothing. That manager has been removed. I initially signed a form they interpreted to me as a form authorizing them to run my credit. They put my signature using an autopen on a fake sales agreement and a fake extended warranty agreement. I am in the process of repeating my story until they make this right.

Took my 2018 Acadia to the service center for no air and they Mis Diagnosed my Vehicle charged me $369 and quoted me $4700 for items that did not need repaired. I am a woman and they took advantage of me when I took the paperwork to my husband, he was furious. I took it to two other shops and all I need was a Thermostat . Told me I needed a new condenser I just had this repaired when I hit a deer and a new Battery cable that was also repaired with a new battery last year.
